RuggedHead provides access to coaching and community forums but does not provide recommendations or endorsements for specific coaches or forum content.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services, including the $14.95 Trail Plan Course (one-time payment) and, in the future, monthly subscriptions for community forums or other services. Payments are processed via credit or debit cards through third-party payment vendors, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
RuggedHead offers a 100% refund, limited to the amount paid, for any products or services purchased if you are not satisfied, provided you request the refund within 30 days of purchase. Please read our 100% satisfation guarantee commitment. To request a refund, contact us at support@ruggedhead.com.

RuggedHead, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for the results of the RuggedMap Quiz, matching outcomes, or any actions taken based on the Services. Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances, and you use all Services at your sole discretion.
RuggedHead is not a mental health platform and does not provide advice or consulting for mental health conditions. If you require mental health support, please consult a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuggedHead’s liability for any claims arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months. RuggedHead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
RuggedHead may terminate or suspend your access to the Services or our website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason we deem appropriate or necessary, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Wayne, Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
